Refund Policy

1. Delivery Guarantee

Every OMB campaign comes with a delivery guarantee. We commit to a specific number of organic views, and we deliver. Our track record speaks for itself: 70+ campaigns, 1B+ views, 100% delivery rate.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund if:

• The campaign has not yet started and no creators have been assigned
• You cancel within 48 hours of payment and before campaign kickoff
• We determine that we cannot fulfill the campaign requirements

3. Partial Refund / Pro-Rata Adjustment

If we fail to deliver 100% of guaranteed views:

• You receive a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion
• Alternatively, we can extend the campaign to deliver remaining views (your choice)
• Refund calculation: (Undelivered Views / Total Guaranteed Views) × Campaign Cost

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available when:

• The campaign has been fully delivered as agreed
• You cancel after creators have already produced content
• The campaign was paused or delayed at your request
• Content was rejected due to your failure to provide timely feedback
• External factors beyond our control affect platform availability

5. Cancellation Process

To cancel a campaign or request a refund:

• Email us at voice@vasicmedia.com
• Include your campaign ID and reason for cancellation
• We will respond within 2 business days

6. Refund Processing

Once approved:

• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days

7. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision:

• Contact us to discuss the situation
• Provide any additional information that supports your case
• We're committed to fair resolution and maintaining good client relationships

8. Founding Partner Program

Clients who joined through our Founding Partner Program with discounted rates are subject to the same refund policy. Refunds are calculated based on the discounted amount paid.
