Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by OMB (Organic Media Buying), operated by Vasić Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Services

OMB provides organic media buying services, which include coordinating creator networks to deliver guaranteed organic views for brand campaigns. Our services include:

• Campaign planning and strategy
• Creator network coordination
• Content distribution management
• Performance tracking and reporting

3. Service Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of the agreed-upon view counts within the specified timeframe. If we fail to deliver 100% of the guaranteed views, clients are entitled to a pro-rata refund or campaign extension at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required in advance of campaign execution. We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. All prices are in the currency specified in your proposal or invoice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate brand information and campaign requirements
• Timely review and approval of campaign materials
• Ensuring their products/services comply with applicable laws
• Responding to communications within reasonable timeframes

6. Content Guidelines

We reserve the right to refuse campaigns that promote:

• Illegal products or services
• Harmful, deceptive, or misleading content
• Content that violates platform terms of service
• Adult content, gambling, or controlled substances

7. Intellectual Property

Creator content remains the property of the respective creators. Clients receive a license to use campaign content for the purposes specified in their agreement. OMB retains the right to use anonymized campaign data for case studies and marketing.

8. Limitation of Liability

OMB's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Refunds for terminated campaigns are subject to our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. For international clients, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
