Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to campaigns purchased from Organic Media Buying ("OMB") and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Our Delivery Guarantee

Every campaign has a defined View Target — the number of organic views stated in your Order — and a campaign period. We guarantee delivery of the View Target within that period. Views are measured by the native analytics of the relevant platform (TikTok, Instagram) as shown in our campaign reports.

2. If We Miss the Target

If a campaign ends and the delivered views are below the View Target, you may choose one of the following remedies:

  • Pro-rata refund: we refund the difference between what you paid and the value of views actually delivered, calculated at the CPM rate in your Order. Example: you paid $10,000 for 1,666,667 views at $6 CPM and received 1,500,000 views — we refund $1,000.
  • Make-good delivery: instead of a refund, we extend the campaign at no additional cost until the View Target is reached.

If we deliver less than 50% of the View Target by the end of the campaign period, you may request a full refund of the affected Order instead of the pro-rata remedy.

3. Cancellations

  • Before campaign setup begins: full refund.
  • During setup (before any content goes live): refund minus documented setup costs already incurred (creator booking and briefing), capped at 15% of the Order value.
  • After content has gone live: the campaign portion already delivered or committed to creators is non-refundable; any undelivered, uncommitted budget is refunded pro-rata.

To cancel, email us at support@organicmediabuying.com with your Order reference. We confirm cancellations and any applicable refund amount in writing within 3 business days.

4. What Is Not Covered

Refunds do not apply where:

  • Delivery was delayed or reduced due to Client-side causes (late materials, withheld approvals, campaign pauses at your request) — in these cases deadlines shift accordingly, as described in the Terms of Service.
  • The claim concerns business outcomes other than views (sales, conversions, engagement, follower growth), which we do not guarantee.
  • View counts changed after campaign completion due to platform-side recalculation or content removal caused by the Client's own actions.

5. How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation, processed through our payment provider (Stripe). Depending on your bank, funds may take additional days to appear.
