Every OMB campaign comes with a specific number of guaranteed organic views. Once your campaign is live, we keep working — whether it takes days, weeks, or longer — until your guaranteed views are fully delivered. There's no cut-off point and no "sorry, we tried."
Because we always deliver on our promise, traditional refunds don't apply to active or completed campaigns. Your investment is protected by our performance guarantee, not a refund clause.
We want you to feel completely safe working with us. In the unlikely event that OMB is unable to continue working on your campaign and cannot deliver the guaranteed views, you are entitled to a full refund for the undelivered portion. We stand behind our word — if we can't deliver, you get your money back.
As long as our team is actively working toward your guaranteed view count, the campaign is in progress and running as promised.
We take every campaign seriously from the moment you sign up. That's why we guarantee campaign execution begins within 48 hours of your payment and confirmed brief. If for any reason we don't start within that window, you have the right to a full refund — no questions asked.
Once creators have been assigned and content production is underway, your campaign is officially live and our delivery guarantee takes over.
We understand that business needs change. If you'd like to end your engagement with OMB, simply let us know in writing at least 90 days before your desired end date. This gives us enough time to wrap up any active creator partnerships and content in the pipeline.
Any views already delivered up to that point are yours to keep, of course. After the opt-out date, we'll close out the campaign and part ways on good terms.
